Group Classes
These Level 1 or Level 2 classes are 10-weeks (1 day per week) and aim to take you through the Basic Principles and Essential Pilates Repertoire.  These classes are progressive and build your understanding week by week, improving your performance of the exercises and developing core strength.  To ensure the integrity of instruction, classes will have a maximum of 8 participants.  Class size is an important aspect with the Pilates method as precision is one of the foundations of this technique.  Smaller classes allow the instructor to monitor your performance and make the appropriate adjustments so that you receive maximum benefit and quality training.  Mats and small equipment are provided. These are 60 minute sessions.

Matwork Level 1
This course is an introduction to the basic Pilates Principles and Essential Matwork Exercises.  Over the course of 10-weeks we will focus on flexibility, posture and control of movement whilst developing longer, leaner muscles and core strength.  Moderately paced workouts will challenge and tone your body whilst helping you improve your mind-body awareness.  This class is best suited for those with little or no Pilates experience and can be repeated as many times as you'd like.

Matwork Level 2
The Level 2 course is a more challenging workout for those who have completed a Matwork Level 1 Course.  This intermediate/advanced group session offers a full body workout and focuses on increasing core strength and flexibility.  Sessions may include the use of small equipment such as the Flex-band, Fitness Circle or Toning Balls.  Some classes may also incorporate Power Workouts; performing the exercises at a pace that leaves participants feeling invigorated.

Drop-In Session
A drop-in session is a great way for individuals to enjoy Pilates even when their busy schedules don't allow for a 10-week course.  Although Pilates is a progressive exercise and best experienced through a course, drop-ins are allowed on a scheduled basis for those who have experience in the STOTT PILATES® method.

Bookable Private Sessions

Principles Session

All new inquiries are encouraged to book a principles session if they are new to Pilates and are required to attend this session prior to joining a course which has already begun. These sessions are booked as private or semi-private sessions and introduce clients to the Basic Principles of the STOTT PILATES® method.  They are highly recommended for beginners and will introduce you to the Pilates vocabulary, determine postural issues and provide exercise modifications while helping you develop body awareness for group matwork courses. These sessions are either 60 minutes (private) or 90 minutes (semi-private).

This session can be repeated as many times as desired and are booked as either a Private or Semi-Private Session.

Private Sessions
A private session allows the instructor to focus on your individual needs whilst developing a programme shaped purely for you.  It is advisable that all clients have a private lesson at some point to help them understand how Pilates works best for their body. These sessions allow the instructor to tailor a workout to your individual needs and may include the use of small equipment. A private session is highly recommended to clients with injuries, athletes looking to improve performance or clients wishing to advance their quality of movement.

Sessions with an instructor are available as Private or Semi-Private (2 people).
