These Level 1 or Level 2 classes are 10-weeks (1 day per week) and aim to take you through the Basic Principles and Essential Pilates Repertoire.
These classes are progressive and build your understanding week by
week, improving your performance of the exercises and developing core
strength. To ensure the integrity of instruction, classes will have a
maximum of 8 participants. Class
size is an important aspect with the Pilates method as precision is one
of the foundations of this technique. Smaller classes allow the
instructor to monitor your performance and make the appropriate
adjustments so that you receive maximum benefit and quality training.
Mats and small equipment are provided.
These are 60 minute sessions.
