Terms & Conditions:
Private, Drop-in and Make-Up sessions are by appointment only.
All group matwork courses are 10 weeks and must be booked and paid for in advance.
A health assessment form must be completed prior to beginning class.
Cancellations, please allow a minimum 24 hour notice when cancelling a private session.
Maximum 8 participants per class, occasionally a class will have a waiting list.
Full payment for a course is due one week prior to the first day of class.
Course fees are non-refundable and cannot be carried over into another term.
Reservations for a course cannot be placed without payment.
Classes
and private sessions begin and end promptly so please try to arrive in
plenty of time - late arrivals (more than 5 minutes) should not join
the class for safety reasons.
Recommended
attire - participants should wear comfortable clothing that does not
restrict movement. Please no jeans or studded clothing. Socks are recommended.
